Young Democrats		 The goal of this Mentor Program is to match potential mentors and mentees for a mutually beneficial mentoring interaction.

Mentors are expected to be willing to meet with their mentee at least one hour per month and offer constructive suggestions toward how their mentees can be more effective in their Democratic involvement

Mentees are expected to drive the partnership by taking responsibility for scheduling meetings and preparing an agenda or set of questions to seek mentor feedback on.
